Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk float assurance test method capable of surely detecting a reference value.
SOLUTION: A magnetic signal 23 specifying a bump 13 is recorded on a circumference provided with the bump 13 on a bump disk 11, and a magnetic head element 24 detecting the magnetic signal 23 is provided on a test slider 12, and an output of an acoustic emission element 18 when the bump 13 is specified by the magnetic signal is made the reference value.
