Abstract:
To provide a magnetic encoder which is hardly broken even when rotated at a high speed for a long period in a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: The magnetic encoder comprises a magnetic rubber molded product formed by vulcanizing a magnetic rubber composition. The magnetic rubber composition contains 100 pts.mass of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber (A) containing a carboxyl group or a carboxylic acid anhydride, 300 to 700 pts.mass of ferrite magnetic powder (B), and 0.2 to 1.0 pts.mass of polyamine based cross-linking agent (C). The percentage content of the ferrite powder (B) to the mass of the whole magnetic rubber composition is 70 to 82 pts.mass. The magnetic encoder is used while rotating at a circumferential speed over 60 m/sec.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
