Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field detection device capable of improving detection precision for a magnetic field to be measured.SOLUTION: A magnetic field detection device comprises a magnetic sensor array 10 having magnetic sensors 110 for generating output corresponding to an X-axial magnetic field on a substrate 100 arranged in respective segments S divided in a matrix on the substrate 100 respectively. The magnetic field detection device finds a noise component of the X-axial magnetic field at a position in one column- or row-directional segment S of the magnetic sensor array 10 based upon the output of the magnetic sensor 110 arranged in the segment S. The magnetic field detection device corrects a magnetic field intensity based upon the output of the magnetic sensor 110 of the substrate 100 based upon the noise component corresponding to the position of the segment S where the magnetic sensor 110 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
