Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field detection device having more excellent magnetic field detection performance.SOLUTION: The magnetic field detection device comprises: a first soft magnetic material extending to have a first length in a first direction, and having a first width shorter than the first length in a second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction; a second soft magnetic material arranged to be separated from and to face the first soft magnetic material in the first direction, extending to have a second length in the first direction, and having a second width shorter than the second length in the second direction; and a magnetic detection element provided between the first soft magnetic material and the second soft magnetic material in the first direction, having a third length in the first direction, and extending to have a third width longer than the third length in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
