Abstract:
To more accurately measure a magnetic field.SOLUTION: A magnetic field measurement device includes: a magnetic sensor array which is constituted by three dimensionally arraying a plurality of magnetic sensor cells each having a magnetic sensor, an output unit, and a magnetic field generation unit, and capable of detecting input magnetic fields in three axes directions; a measurement data acquisition unit which acquires measurement data measured by the magnetic sensor array; a signal space separation unit which performs signal separation to a vector signal as a basic vector containing, as each signal component, a signal output by each of the magnetic sensors, when a magnetic field having a space distribution of an orthogonal function is detected by the magnetic sensor array, the space distribution of the input magnetic field being indicated by the measurement data; and a correction unit which corrects a sensor error of the magnetic sensor on the basis of a separation error at the signal separation of the space distribution of a calibration magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generation unit contained in at least one magnetic sensor cell in the plurality of magnetic sensor cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
