Abstract:
To provide hexagonal boron nitride particles that are orientable at a magnetic field of a permanent magnet (0.2 to 1 T), and a sheet-like resin composition exhibiting excellent heat-conduction even when concentration of the hexagonal boron nitride particles is not high.SOLUTION: According to magnetic field responsiveness hexagonal boron nitride particles, the magnetic field responsiveness hexagonal boron nitride particles of the present invention that are hexagonal boron nitride particles responding to a magnetic field comprise an adsorption layer of graphene oxide or partially reduced graphene oxide as a single layer on a surface of scaly or plate-like hexagonal boron nitride particles. Magnetic particles are attached onto the adsorption layer of the graphene oxide or the partially reduced graphene oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
