Abstract:

To provide a magnetic field sensor which can be easily miniaturized, detects a high frequency magnetic field in a GHz band region with high spatial resolution, and restrains an induced voltage by an electric field.

This magnetic sensor consists of a first layer 101, a second layer 102 and a third layer 103. The first layer is composed of an almost C- shaped conductor pattern 105 composed of five rectilinear conductors and a rectilinear conductor pattern 107 which is arranged vertically at a middle point of the longest rectilinear conductor 106 out of the C-shaped conductor pattern 105 and connected electrically, and the sectional form is almost rectangular and constant conductor pattern. The second layer 102 is composed of an electrically connected U-shaped conductor pattern which is formed along the upper side half periphery of the C-shaped conductor pattern 105 and the center of the rectilinear conductor pattern 107, and a rectilinear conductor pattern 109. The sectional form of the second layer 102 is almost rectangular, each constant side is rectilinear conductor, and the width is smaller than the C-shaped conductor pattern 105 of the first layer.
