PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic film large in saturation magnetic flux density and small in coercive force by specifying mutual distances of films composed of substances inducing a change into an amorphous state in a magnetic film with a modulated composition, in which amorphous magnetic films and films consisting of substances inducing crystallization and the change into the amorphous state are laminated in a specified order.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of layers of Fe group amorphous metallic layers 21, films 23 composed of amorphous-state changing inducing substances, Fe group amorphous metallic layers 21 and films 22 made up of crystallizing inducing substances are laminated repeatedly on a substrate in the order, thus forming a composition modulated magnetic film 20. The mutual distances of the films 23 are specified within a range of hundred to hundreds of at that time. Accordingly, the mutual distances of the films 23 are optimized, and the magnetic film having high saturation magnetic flux density and low coercive force is acquired.
