PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting implement capable of separating magnetic fine particles from the solvent, reducing the frequency of cleaning or liquid replacement, and inhibiting magnetic fine particles from accompanying a waste liquid when the dispersion solvent of a magnetic fine particle suspension liquid is removed, and a collecting method using the same.SOLUTION: A magnetic fine particle collecting implement, which has a space for storing a container, has, in the periphery of the space, a part where a plurality of magnets are fixed by separating from one another and a part where no magnets are present, and further has a container fixing base that can be inclined so that the part where no magnets are present may turn downside, is used to install, in the space for storing a container, a container filled with a magnetic fine particle suspension liquid to make magnets of a collecting implement collect the magnetic fine particle in the container, and to turn downside the part where no magnets are present by inclining the container fixing base, thereby removing the dispersion solvent from the part where no magnets are present in the collecting implement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
