PURPOSE: To make the device lightweight, small-sized and highly rigid and increase the precision thereof, by constructing a conveyance rail of a pair of vertical portions, a horizontal portion provided at an intermediate position of the vertical portions, and flanges at lower ends thereof into a guard frame shape wherein respective bottoms of upwardly and downwardly opened recesses are joined together.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyance rail 1 is formed generally into a guard frame shape by an upper member 10 and a lower member 20. The upper member 10 is formed by a pair of vertical members 11, 11, a pair of horizontal members 12, 12 respectively extending to the right and to the left, and a bottom member 13 so as to have a recess upwardly opened at the top. The lower member 20 is formed with a downwardly opened recess 24 by vertical members 21, 21 having the same width as that of the vertical members 11, 11 of the upper member 10, and by a top plate portion 22, the recess 24 being outwardly projectively provided, at its lower opposite ends, with flanges 23, 23. And both the members 10, 20 are connected together by fitting each projection 15 into a stepped portion 25 and integrating both by welding or the like. And the upper member 10 is formed with a reinforcing rib 16 while the lower member 20 is formed with a cooling ventilation holes 26.
