Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system controlling a blood pump in dynamics so as to avoid a possible problem in a control system using a pressure sensor.
SOLUTION: When coils 16 and 17 are activated, a current flows clockwise in the coil 16 and a current flows counterclockwise in the coil 17 viewed from a pump inlet 22, net Lorentz's force in an axis line direction is generated and a rotor assembly 2 is moved to the right side in the figure with this Lorentz's force. If current is carried to the coils 16 and 17 in each reverse direction viewed from the pump inlet 22, net generated Lorentz's force in the axis line direction moves the rotor assembly 2 to the left side in the figure.
