PURPOSE: To obtain a ground snowstorm meter whose supporting arm with a capture bag is easily attached to a pole brace in a ground snowstorm and the capture bag is easily recovered in a short time by magnetically sticking said supporting arm to the pole brace.

CONSTITUTION: An L-shaped supporting metal fitting 6 is attached to a pole brace 5 and a permanent magnet 7 is stuck to the metal fitting 6. Meanwhile, an L-shaped attaching metal fitting 3 for magnetic sticking is provided in the other end part of a supporting arm 2 with the capture bag and is magnetically stuck to the metal fitting 6, and the metal fitting 3 is detained by the metal fitting 6. Since the metal fitting 3 is magnetically stuck to the magnet 7 of the metal fitting 6 so that the lower end part of a member other than the L- shaped member of the metal fitting 3 is detained on the vertical surface of the metal fitting 6 when the supporting arm 2 is attached to a pole brace 5, the supporting arm 2 is easily attached to and detached from the pole brace 5. Further, the height of the supporting arm 2 is always kept constant because the metal fitting 3 is detained by the metal fitting 6.
