This magnetic gear device 1 includes a plurality of first gears 5, a plurality of magnet rings 6, a first rotary shaft 3 for fixing the plurality of first gears 5 and the plurality of magnet rings 6, a plurality of second gears 7 and a second rotary shaft 4 for fixing the plurality of second gears 7. The plurality of first gears 5 are formed by arranging a plurality of teeth 16 on the outer periphery of a magnetic plate, and are laminated at a predetermined interval in the tooth width direction. The plurality of magnet rings 6 are interposed between the plurality of first gears 5. The plurality of second gears 7 are formed by arranging a plurality of teeth on the outer periphery of the magnetic plate, and are laminated at a predetermined interval in the tooth width direction. A plurality of teeth 19 of the second gears 7 overlap in a noncontact state with the plurality of teeth 16 of the first gears 5 by being interposed between the plurality of first gears 5.
