To provide a magnetic gear device which can prevent the deformation of a plurality of magnetic teeth which make magnetic fluxes of magnet pieces pass therethrough.
The magnetic gear device includes an outer gear, an inner gear and a stator gear 7. The stator gear 7 includes a base 47, the plurality of magnetic teeth 53, an inside annular member 42 and an outside annular member 43. The base 47 has a plane face orthogonal to the axial direction of a cylinder hole, and the plurality of magnetic teeth 53 are substantially vertically protruded from the plane face of the base 47, and aligned on the concentric circle of the cylinder hole at prescribed intervals. The inside annular member 42 is engaged with tips of the plurality of magnetic teeth 53 from the inside, and the outside annular member 43 is engaged with the tips of the plurality of magnetic teeth 53 from the outside.
