In a first magnetic gear 2 of the first and a second magnetic gears 2, 3 arranged coaxially, a plurality of bonded magnets 24 which are magnetically anisotropically magnetized are provided side by side in the circumferential direction on a magnetic force generation surface such that two magnetic poles face an outer side in the radial direction and are arranged in the circumferential direction, and are arranged such that the same poles of the bonded magnets 24 laying side by side in the circumferential direction adjoin each other. Further, in the second magnetic gear 3, a plurality of bonded magnets 32 which are magnetically anisotropically magnetized such that two magnetic poles face an inner side in the radial direction and are arranged in the circumferential direction are provided side by side on the magnetic force generation surface in the circumferential direction, and are arranged such that the same poles of the bonded magnets 32 laying side by side in the circumferential direction adjoin each other.
