Abstract:
PURPOSE:To avoid mechanical contact between gears by magnetizing the respective tooth parts of the gear to the same polarity of magnetization. CONSTITUTION:The engaging parts of both gears 13, 14 are arranged such that their N poles face each other, so that they repel each other to form gaps g1, g2. The g1 and g2 are approximately equal in their rest states, but in their turning states, a ratio of the g1 to g2 is varied due to the transmission force. And, when the transmission force is smaller than the repulsion force even if the ratio changes, the both gears 13, 14 transmit power without making any mechanical contact with each other.
