Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the current switching speed of a magnetic head drive circuit.
CONSTITUTION: P channel MOS transistors M11, M12 and NPN bipolar transistors Q11, Q12 constitute a bridge circuit. The MOS transistor M11 whose source is connected to power source VCC and the transistor Q11 are connected in series and an output terminal O1 is provided on the series connection point. The MOS transistor M12 whose source is connected to the power source VCC and the transistor Q12 are connected in series and the output terminal O2 is provided on the series connection point. The emitters of the transistors Q11, Q12 are grounded through a current source 111.
