Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head device capable of attaining the miniaturizing of the shield part of a magnetic head even when bobbin coils provided with terminals are used in the magnetic head.
SOLUTION: In a back yoke 4 which is formed with an outer side body 20 and a bottom part 30 and which has leg parts 32, 33, 34 stretched from the bottom part 30, bobbin (in which terminal bases provided with terminal pins 13b, 14b and bobbin flanges 13d, 14d are integrated) coils provided with terminals are inserted onto the leg parts 32, 33. Then, a magnetic head can be made a small-sized magnetic head by forming notched parts 8a, 8b in the vicinities of the leg parts 32, 33 in the back yoke 4 and by making the yoke 4 to be a structure such as that the terminal bases 13b, 14b of the coils inserted onto the leg parts 32, 33 are housed in the notched parts 8a, 8b.
