Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic heat pump apparatus capable of suppressing heat transfer via a fluid between a container and a magnetic circuit section and reducing heat loss.SOLUTION: A rotor 7 that is a container in which an operation room is formed and relative moving bodies 14A and 14B having a magnetic circuit section 15 are moved relatively in a direction along outer surfaces 7a and 7b of the rotor 7 so as to change the magnitude of a magnetic field applied to an MCE element 12 within the operation room. The container outer surfaces 7a and 7b of the rotor 7 face moving body outer surfaces 14A1 and 14B1 of the relative moving bodies 14A and 14B via clearance parts 81 and 82, respectively. The container outer surfaces 7a and 7b and the moving body outer surfaces 14A1 and 14B1 are each formed into a planar shape smoothly continuous in a relatively moving direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
