Abstract:
To provide a magnetic information recording medium processing device capable of reducing manufacturing costs by sharing parts and designs with devices compatible with magnetic information recording media of other standards.SOLUTION: A card reader 1 is provided with: a magnetic head module 50 including a magnetic head 51 arranged to face a card transport path 4 from a Z1 direction side that is one side in the thickness direction (Z direction) of a card 2 transported on the card transport path 4 and a magnetic head support portion 52 for supporting the magnetic head 51; and an upper frame 18 on which a transport surface 18a on the Z1 direction side of the card transport path 4 is formed. The magnetic head support portion 52 is fixed to the upper frame 18 only by screws 53 and 54 and has an adjustment hole 52a for adjusting a rotational position around the axis extending in the Z direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
