Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cooling mechanism for magnetic levitation conveyor in which a conveying table, levitation traveling in the conveying path of the magnetic levitation conveyor under noncontact state, can be cooled efficiently.
CONSTITUTION: The cooling mechanism for magnetic levitation conveyor comprises a cooling chamber 40 or cooling means 52 for containing and cooling a conveying table 18 and means 42 for moving the conveying table 18 between a traveling position in the conveying path and the cooling chamber 40 or cooling means 52. When the cooling means 52 is disposed in the conveying path, the conveying table moving means 42 can be obviated.
