PURPOSE: The titled inexpensive soft composition useful as a molding for car, etc., capable of regulating elasticity, viscosity, flexibility, flexural properties, etc. by changing hardness in a wide range, obtained by urethane reaction of low- molecular-weight polyolefin polyol.

CONSTITUTION: (A) A low-molecular-weight polyol is reacted with (B) a softening agent having good compatibility with the component (preferably petroleum oil), further mixed with (C) a polyisocyanate, and (D) a catalyst, and (E) a magnetic material (preferably barium ferrite) is dispersed into the blend, which is reacted and cured, to give the desired composition. The composition E is preferably magnetized after the reaction and curing. An amount of the component E is preferably 50W2,000pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. component A, and an amount of the component B is 10W1,000.
