Abstract:
To provide a magnetic object inspection device configured to simplify the shape and structure of a coil, to improve manufacturing performance of the coil, and to minimize the deterioration of coil quality, while to determine which of multiple magnetic materials is damaged.SOLUTION: A magnetic object inspection device 100 is provided with a plurality of wire ropes W, a plurality of differential coils 12 for detecting a magnetic flux of each of the plurality of wire ropes W, and a processing unit 21 for acquiring a detection signal of each of the plurality of differential coils 12. Each of the plurality of differential coils 12 has a receiving coil 121, which is a flat coil, and a receiving coil 122, which is a flat coil whose detection surface is opposite to the detection surface of the receiving coil 121, and which is differentially connected to the receiving coil 121. The wire rope W is configured to be placed between the receiving coil 121 and the receiving coil 122 when the magnetic flux of each of the plurality of wire ropes W is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
