Title:
MAGNETIC MATERIAL AND LAMINATED INDUCTOR USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003243220
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve such a problem that a laminated inductor has a higher possibility of shortcircuiting among circuits due to applied voltage when the insulation resistance of a magnetic ceramic is low, or the reliability is reduced even if shortcircuiting does not occur.

This magnetic material is made of an Ni-Zn-Cu based oxide ferrite, and it contains Bi of 0.01-0.5 mol% in terms of BiO3/2. The concentration of Bi in the range of 10-40 nm in the direction from the grain boundary of ceramic particles constituting the oxide ferrite to its inside, is higher than in the other range inside the particle, and a part of Cu as an element of the ceramic particle is replaced with Bi, or a material powder of a copper oxide in the oxide ferrite is made at a particle size of 2.0-6.0 m2/g in BET value, or a molar ratio of FeO3/2 in the oxide ferrite is 49.5-50.0 mol%.
