Abstract:
To provide a magnetic measurement sensor that can simplify a configuration.SOLUTION: A magnetic measurement sensor 1 has a sensor base material part 2 and three probes 3. The probe 3 protrudes toward a tip end side from a fixing end part 34 fixed to the sensor base material part 2. The three probes 3 are arranged such that, when viewing from a protrusion side of the probes 3, respective tip ends of the probes 3 are located in apexes of a triangle. A magnetic field is applied to a measurement object, and the three probes 3 are caused to abut on the measurement object. In this state, of the three probes 3, an electric potential between a first probe 31 and a second probe 32, and an electric potential between the first probe 31 and a third probe 33 are measured. Thereby, the magnetic measurement sensor 1 is configured so as to measure magnetic flux density in mutually orthogonal two directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
