Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic memory capable of reducing inversion current while improving integration degree.SOLUTION: A magnetic memory includes multiple magnetoresistance effect elements each having a first ferromagnetic metal layer with fixed magnetization direction, and a second ferromagnetic metal layer with changing magnetization direction, and a non-magnetic layer sandwiched by the first and second ferromagnetic metal layers, multiple first control elements controlling information reading and connected, respectively, with multiple first ferromagnetic metal layers, multiple pieces of spin orbital torque wiring extending in a first direction crossing the lamination direction of the magnetoresistance effect elements and being bonded, respectively, to the second ferromagnetic metal layers, multiple second control elements for controlling a current flowing through the spin orbital torque wiring and connected, respectively, with the first connection points thereof, and third control elements connected, respectively, with the second connection points of the multiple pieces of spin orbital torque wiring and controlling information writing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
