Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnetic device from being cracked and from being brought into such a state that a rate of the change in inductance fluctuates over a predetermined value even if the magnetic device is provided under a high-temperature environment, provided that the magnetic device is arranged by burying a coil component in a magnetic core produced by a powder compacting process on magnetic material powder.SOLUTION: A magnetic mixture is arranged by mixing a putty material including magnetic material powder and a binder resin, and a solvent. The magnetic material powder is included at 89.2 to 96.1 wt.% to a total weight of the putty material. The binder resin is included at 2.9 to 6.9 wt.% to the total weight of the putty material. The solvent has a boiling point of 200 to 300°C, and is included at 1.0 to 3.9 wt.% to the total weight of the putty material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
