Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic modulation motor and a magnetic planet gear that can reduce eddy current loss and suppress deterioration in performance of a permanent magnet 16a.SOLUTION: A magnetic modulation motor 10 has: a stator 12 comprising a stator winding with m pieces of pole pairs; a magnetic rotor 16, which has permanent magnets 16a composing a magnetic pole row of n pieces of pole pairs, and in which the permanent magnets 16a are annularly arranged to have alternately different polarities in a circumference direction thereof; and a magnetic induction rotor 14 in which k pieces of segments 14a, which are the sum of or the difference between m and n, are annularly arranged at predetermined intervals. The magnetic rotor 16 is arranged, with a gap, between the stator 12 and the magnetic induction rotor 14, and each of the permanent magnets 16a is constituted by integrating a plurality of magnet members per magnetic pole. Adjacent magnet members of the plurality of magnet members are electrically insulated from each other.
