Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-lamellar body of an iron oxide magnetic material or an iron hydroxide exhibiting a superparamagnetic property and ferromagnetic property at room temperature, and a production method for easily producing the nano-lamellar body without using high temperature.SOLUTION: The invention provides the nano-lamellar body having a structure in which layers of an iron oxide or an iron hydroxide and layers of dicarboxylate are alternately laminated and the production method thereof. The method comprises a step of agitating an alkali aqueous solution including dicarboxylate and an alkali metal hydroxide and a step of adding a ferric salt and a ferrous salt to the alkali aqueous solution and then further agitating.
