Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to manufacture materials having required magnetic saturation easily, and what is more, in large quantities by mixing substances having single or double bond of carbon atoms with a mixed powder of magnetite and Ti compounds and sintering the mixture.
CONSTITUTION: In a mixing step 2 47.3 to 98.8wt.% magnetite and 1.2 to 52.7wt.% Ti compounds in terms of Ti and a 0.1 to 4.0wt.% liquefied substance or a solidified substance having -C-C- of -C=C are mixed. In a sintering step 5 the mixture is baked in an inactive gas at a temperature of 550 to 1450°C, this manufacturing an oxide magnetic material of magnetites + non-magnetized phase having a required saturated and magnetized value. this construction makes it possible to manufacture oxide magnetization materials having required saturation magnetization easily and at low cost, and what is more, in large quantities.
