Title:
MAGNETIC PARTICLE FOR FIXING NUCLEIC ACID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010183910
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a magnetic particle for fixing nucleic acid which fixes an increased quantity of a nucleic acid per unit quantity of the magnetic particles by introducing a large number of functional groups on the surface of the magnetic particle, which shows an excellent dispersion state in an aqueous solution due to a hydrophilicity of the introduced functional groups and which enables the detection of the nucleic acid with high operationality and sensitivity.

The magnetic particle for fixing nucleic acid is composed of a magnetic particle having amino groups on its surface to which a polyacidic amino acid is bonded.
