Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce magnetic particles which constitute an electromagnetic-wave absorbing magnetic material.
SOLUTION: The magnetic-particle producing method has a step (S1) for mixing an organic metal complex or metal salt and a chain macromolecule with each other to dissolve them into a solvent; a step (S2) for increasing the temperature of the solution up to the temperature of reaction with each other; a step (S3) for making them react with each other at the reacting temperature; and a step (S4) for producing magnetic particles in the periphery structure of which the fine particles formed out of the organic metal complex or the metal salt is surrounded by the chain macromolecule, to recover the particles produced after the reaction of them. These magnetic particles are formed into a nanogranular structure to be changed into an electromagnetic-wave absorbing magnetic material. Such fine magnetic particles are produced through a one-time wet reaction with a larger number of them being produced by only one-time reaction than in conventional cases.
