Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve durability and the quality of a noise surface and to miniaturize an applicable equipment by burying conductors into plural recessed parts, forming a magnetizing coil part, and energizing a pulse width modulating current whose phase is deviated by a proper quantity to the magnetizing coil part.

CONSTITUTION: Plural conductors 4a are laid in respective recessed parts 3a in parallel, to form plural coil parts 4, and they are separated to the groups of m-pieces. The coil parts 4 of each group are disposed at every other (m-1) piece, the pulse width modulating current so as to sequentially reverse the direction of a magnetic pole is energized, and the pulse width modulating current whose phase is deviated is sequentially energized to m-coil parts which belong to different groups and arranged in an adjacent relation π/m by π/m, in an arranged order. The traveling-wave magnetic field advancing along the outer periphery of a sleeve 2 is formed, and a magnetic powder body (dt) is carried. Thus, a mechanically rotary mechanism is eliminated, and the improvement of the durability and the quality of the noise surface, and the miniaturization of the applicable equipment are attained.
