Title:
MAGNETIC POWDER CASTING RESIN MOLDING PROCESS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03261541
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to mold easily a resin product with magneticity at an arbitrary position and to improve freedom of design by casting a raw material mixed with a magnetic powder in a die.

CONSTITUTION: A molding space 3 is formed by bringing a top force 1 on a bottom force 2 and a raw material consisting of, a two-pack, for example, an isocyanate and a polyol is cast in this molding space 3 from a raw material feeding inlet 6. In this instance, a magnetic powder 7 is incorporated in one component, the polyol. When the raw material is thus cast in the molding space 3, the magnetic powder 7 in the raw material is pulled and gathered by a magnet 4 forming a part of the wall face of the molding space 3. As the magnetic powder is roughly uniformly dispersed in this raw material, it is pulled roughly uniformly to all the magnets 4. Then, when the two-pack raw material is reacted, magnetic parts 8 wherein the magnetic powder 7 is cured as it is gathered are formed in the peripheral part of a molding 5.
