When waste is charged from a waste charging part 4 to a body furnace 22, the waste heated to 350-400C by heating wires 24a, 24b, 24c provided at the bottom face of the body furnace 22 is burnt by air with magnetism of 2,000-5,000 Gauss fed from magnet-fitted air feed pipes 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d provided around the body furnace 22 to the inside of the furnace, so as to produce ash with magnetism. Further, smoke accompanying the combustion is introduced into a smoke exhaust heating furnace 32 provided at the upper part of the body furnace 22, and the smoke of the combustion gas is burnt by heating wires provided at the smoke exhaust heating furnace 32, so as to be exhausted.
