In a belt body 20, electrodes 23, 24 are provided on a surface of the belt body 20 and when a voltage is applied to the electrodes 23, 24, a magnetic force is generated. Roller electrodes 30, 31 are capable of applying a voltage to the belt body 20 in contact with the electrodes 23, 24. Pulleys 40, 41 switch the electrodes 23, 24 and the roller electrodes 30, 31 between a contact state and a non-contact state by moving the belt body 20 with respect to the roller electrodes 30, 31. A first heat exchanger 50 is disposed at a heat generating position of the belt body 20 where the electrodes 23, 24 and the roller electrodes 30, 31 are switched from the non-contact state to the contact state, on a moving path of the belt body 20. A second heat exchanger 60 is disposed at a heat absorbing position of the belt body 20 where the electrodes 23, 24 and the roller electrodes 30, 31 are switched from the contact state to the non-contact state, on the moving path of the belt body 20.
