This method comprises a measurement control means to obtain echo signals from a subject including its tubular tissues introducing blood flows under prescribed pulse sequences, and a signal processing means to acquire an image from the echo signals including the tubular tissues. The signal processing means acquires the subject's images in absolute value and in phase, separates the region where the blood flow rate is 0 from the region where it is not 0 in the pixel values of the phase image, and based on the separation results, detects borders between the tubular tissues and the blood flow regions in the absolute value image.
