Title:
MAGNETIC RESONANCE SIGNAL DETECTION MODULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016151494
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the nonuniformity of a magnetic field in a sample space of a magnetic resonance signal detection module in which a superconductor of the second kind is used.SOLUTION: Substrates 32A, 32B are provided across a sample space 70. A detection coil 30A for detecting an NMR signal generated in a sample and composed of a superconductor of the second kind is formed on the substrate 32A. A detection coil 30B for detecting an NMR signal generated from the sample and composed of a superconductor of the second kind is formed on the substrate 32B. The lower parts of the substrates 32A, 32B are supported by a lower side jig 50, and the upper parts of the substrates 32A, 32B are supported by an upper side jig 60. The lower side jig 50 and the upper side jig 60 support the substrates 32A, 32B so that the detection coils 30A, 30B are parallel to each other, and the detection coils 30A, 30B are inclined at an angle θ1 to the direction of a static magnetic field H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
