Abstract:
To provide a magnetic sensor device capable of causing a leakage magnetic field which leaks from a housing to the outside to increase and increasing the detection sensitivity of a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor device (10) measures a leakage magnetic field (RG) during operation from a housing (8) of an apparatus incorporating a rotating machine and extracts a parameter representing an operating state of the rotating machine. The magnetic sensor device (10) includes: a magnetic sensor (4) that detects the leakage magnetic field (RG) during operation from the housing (8); permanent magnets (7a and 7b) that are brought close to the surface of the housing (8) to magnetically saturate the housing (8) with a circumferential magnetic field (SG); and a soft magnetic substance yoke (6) that prevents the magnetic flux (G1) of the permanent magnets (7a and 7b) from entering the magnetic sensor (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
