Abstract:

To generate a strong uniform magnetic field in a wide range in an inspection device of a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: A coil 21 and a coil 22 are symmetric to each other, upper linear parts 31 and 33 are parallel to lower linear parts 32 and 34, and face each other so that the upper linear parts 31 and 33 are separate from each other and the lower linear parts 32 and 34 are close to each other.
