Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a magnetic sensor and an implemented IC for the ease of use and accurate detection.SOLUTION: The present teaching relates to an integrated circuit that comprises a semiconductor substrate, an input port (1102, 1104) and an output port (1106), and an electrical circuit on the semiconductor substrate. The input port (1102, 1104) is connected to an external AC power supply (1610). The electrical circuit comprises an output control circuit (1120) coupled with the output port (1106), the output control circuit (1120) configured to control, in response to a detected signal, the integrated circuit to operate in a state where a load current flows through the output port (1106) if a predetermined condition is satisfied and to operate in another state if the predetermined condition is not satisfied. The operating frequency of the integrated circuit is positively proportional to the frequency of the external AC power supply (1610).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
