Title:
MAGNETIC SENSOR UNIT AND MAGNETIC FIELD MEASURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3098505
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field measuring device for quickly measuring the strength distribution of a generated magnetic field in three dimensions with a single deflected yoke.
SOLUTION: A plurality of magnetic sensors are arranged in almost whole region of a magnetic sensor unit 20 having a three-dimensional shape capable of inserting a deflected yoke to be measured. Each of the magnetic sensors is driven in turn by the command of CPU 31 by way of a sensor drive switching circuit 32. The driven magnetic sensor generates current corresponding to magnetic flux density based on the magnetic field generated by the deflected yoke 23. The generated current is controlled to be taken out by a sensor output switch circuit 34 controlled in linking with the sensor drive switch circuit 32. The taken-out current value converted to voltage value is taken in the CPU 31 by way of a sensor output take-in circuit 33 and preserved in a memory 41 as detected data.
