Abstract:
To improve the reliability of a magnetic sensor more under the presence of oil, for example.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 1 includes: a sensor element 2 for detecting magnetism; a housing 10 for containing the sensor element 2; and a connector part 11 in the housing 10, the connector part being connected to the external connector. The housing 10 has a barrier 14 with no junction interfaces that surround a sensor element 2 except for an opening 11a in the connector part 11. The connector part 11 has a connection terminal 3 connected to the sensor element 2 in the inside of the opening 11a, and the opening 11a is sealed by an external connector when the connection terminal 3 and the terminal of the external connector are connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
