To reduce manufacturing costs and increase reliability.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a laminate 150 having a first conductive magnetostrictive material part 151, a piezoelectric material part 153, and a second conductive magnetostrictive material part 152, the first magnetostrictive material part 151, the piezoelectric material part 153, and the second magnetostrictive material part 152 being deposited in a first direction; a first electrode 110 electrically connected to the first magnetostrictive material part 151; and a second electrode 120 electrically connected to the second magnetostrictive material part 152, the first electrode 110 and the second electrode 120 being located at the same side of the laminate 150 and having lower surfaces 110A and 120A extending in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
