Abstract:
To reduce an offset of a detection signal of a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 20 includes first to fourth resistance parts 21 to 24, and plural MR elements 30. Each of the plural MR elements 30 belongs to one of the first to fourth groups. The first or fourth group is prescribed based on the area of upper surfaces of the MR elements 30. The first resistance part 21, the second resistance part 22, the third resistance part 23, and the fourth resistance part 24 are composed of the first group, the second group, the third group, and the fourth group, respectively, are composed of the second group, the first group, the fourth group, and the third group, are composed of the first group, the fourth group, the third group, and the second group, or are composed of the third group, the second group, the first group, and the fourth group, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
