Title:
MAGNETIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3033395
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic sensor for generating a multi-phase pulse constantly with a fixed phase difference without being affected by the influence of ambient temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A detection signal output from magnetic resistance elements MR1 and MR2 is added to a pulse waveform shaping means 5, a differential means 6, a frequency-voltage conversion means 7, and a voltage controlled oscillation means 8 and is converted to a reference frequency signal with a constant amplitude. Therefore, even if the amplitude of the detection signal becomes unstable by receiving the influence of ambient temperature, the detection signal is converted to a reference frequency signal with a constant amplitude without being affected by the ambient temperature and is level- discriminated by a plurality of different voltage levels by a multi-phase pulse generation means 9, thus creating a multi-phase pulse with mutually constant phase difference.
