Title:
MAGNETIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3404249
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity, to reduce a production cost, and at the same time to minimize a sensor by providing a filtering circuit for eliminating noise that invades a circuit for processing a signal being outputted from a magnetic detection part.
SOLUTION: A magnetic detection part where a bridge circuit is constituted of detection resistors R1; R2, R3, and R4 consisting of a huge magnetic resistance element(GMR element) is connected to a processing circuit 27 containing a differential amplification circuit and a comparison circuit via a first wiring 60. The processing circuit 27 is electrically connected to a power-supply-side resistor R5 and an output-side resistor R6 via a second wiring 61. Also, the power-supply-side resistor R5 is connected a power-supply-side capacitor C1 via a third wiring 62 and also the output-side resistor R6 is connected to an output-side capacitor C2 via a fourth wiring 63. Then, a first filtering circuit is constituted of the power-supply-side resistor R5 and the power-supply-side capacitor C1 and a second filtering circuit is constituted of the output-side resistor R6 and the output-side capacitor C2.
