Title:
磁気センサ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7021839
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To suppress the variation of magnetic characteristics of a magnetic wire rod due to the application of a force to the magnetic wire rod.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 1 comprises a magnetic wire rod 11 for generating a large Barkhausen effect, a coil 12, and a bobbin 13. A wire rod accommodation part 15 for accommodating the axial intermediate portion of the magnetic wire rod 11 is provided in the axial intermediate portion of the bobbin 13, the coil 12 is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the axial intermediate portion of the bobbin 13, and a wire rod support part 21 for supporting an end of the magnetic wire rod 11 is provided at both axial ends of the bobbin 13. The cross-section area of the wire rod accommodation part 15 is larger than the cross-section area of the magnetic wire rod 11, and the magnetic wire rod 11 is positioned by the wire rod support part 21 so that the outer circumferential surface of its axial intermediate portion maintains a state of being separated from the inner surface of the wire rod accommodation part 15 over its entire circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
