Title:
MAGNETIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0232280
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the variation of a bias magnetic field and to enable the maximum output of a signal by forming a sensor element of a ferromagnetic thin film on an insulating substrate and fixing a bias magnet to the insulating substrate by insertion molding from the reverse surface.

CONSTITUTION: The insulating substrate 12 which has the sensor element 11 formed of the ferromagnetic thin film is formed by the insertion molding at the time of the molding of a resin holder 13. At this time, a space 14 for the insertion of a fixed bias magnet 15 is provided on the reverse surface of the substrate 12. Then the magnet 15 is inserted into this space 14 without using any adhesive until the magnet contacts the substrate 12. The insertion opening 16 is pressed after the insertion and the molding material of the holder 13 is drawn to enclose the magnet 15. Thus, no adhesive is used, so its influence is eliminated.
