PURPOSE: To simplify the work by rotating a rotary drum having a magnet and carrying a magnetic shaft member such as a diode forcefully while attracting magnetically.

CONSTITUTION: Magnets 11 are arranged on a circle while facing each other on the inner circumferential face of a pair of flanges 9a, 9a of rotary drum 9 to form a magnetic circuit 12 by means of magnetic tubular member constituting the flanges 9a, 9a and the magnets 11 thus to produce strong parallel field between the magnets 11, 11. Then non-magnetic duct 10 having rectangular cross-section is arranged between the flanges 9a, 9a along the magnet 11. Upon feeding many shaft members 3 into the duct 10 and rotating the drum 9, said members 3 are attracted to the magnet 11 while restricted and arranged in parallel through parallel field and moved forcefully in the duct 10.
